The Great Christmas Countdown part 3

Brussels has been reached. I am inspecting my parents kitchen to make sure that all the traditional dishes have been taken care of. The menu is the one thing where you do not want to have surprises on  Christmas Eve. The one and only Christmas Eve dinner menu contains
Spaghetti alle vongole
Spigola
Baccala lesso con olive e papaccelle
Baccala fritto
Capitone fritto
Cavolfiore ad insalata
Carciofi fritti
Struffoli
Roccoco
Panettone
Noci fichi secchi e castagne
I am sorry for the Italian and in some cases Neapolitan, but translating this stuff is not trivial at all.
It is five o'clock and preparations are ongoing, everything is under control
